RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

GummyWala takes great pride in ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they expect. All our products undergo rigorous quality checks. However, if you receive a defective product, such as an expired product or an incorrect item, we will gladly accept returns with no questions asked.

To request a return or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video from the moment they receive the sealed, shrink-wrapped jar in our corrugated packaging. This transparent process helps us provide a fair resolution.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Customer experiences an allergic reaction to the product.
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer.
  • Misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the product.
  • Incorrect product ordered.

For sealed product exchanges (e.g., switching to a different variant of equal value), an additional fee of ₹200 will be charged for pickup and redelivery.

Please note that partial order exchanges are not allowed. Refunds, when applicable, may take 10-12 working days to be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

While we accept all orders placed on our website, GummyWala reserves the right to cancel or put orders on hold if they are found to be fraudulent, malicious, or inaccurate in terms of pricing and stock availability.

We may also request additional verification before accepting an order. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that promotional vouchers used in canceled orders will not be refunded.

Customers may cancel their orders within 2 working days of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Customers can make payments through the following methods:

  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD)

We will never charge more than the final invoice amount. If you notice any unauthorized charges, please contact us or your banking provider immediately.

Our product pricing reflects the cost of production, packaging, and shipping, inclusive of applicable GST. For a detailed breakdown of applicable taxes, please refer to your order invoice.

From time to time, we may run discounts and promotional offers on selected products. These offers are subject to change at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
